Step two asks for your full name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, and your city. No. tz999 registration is mobile-first — your Pakistani mobile number is your account identifier. You do not need an email address to register, log in, deposit, bet, or withdraw. We designed it this way because in Pakistan, mobile numbers are how people identify themselves for everything from banking to Easypaisa. An email is optional but not required.

No — each person is permitted one tz999 account only. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being suspended and all balances voided. Enter the OTP, set a new password, and log in straight away. If the OTP does not arrive, check you are using your original registered number and tap "Resend OTP" after 60 seconds. If that still fails, email support@tz999.ws with your registered mobile number.

You must be 18 years old or older to register and bet on tz999. We collect your date of birth during registration and enforce this strictly. Mobile number and name changes require identity verification because these are the core identifiers of your account. Contact support@tz999.ws with your current registered mobile number, your full name, and a photo of your CNIC. Our team will verify your identity and update the details — typically within one business hour during operating hours.

You can close your account via Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion, or by emailing support@tz999.ws with "Account Closure Request" as the subject line. Before closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method provided no open bets are pending. Permanent closure means we will not accept a new registration from the same mobile number or CNIC in the future.

All deposits are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion fees and no processing charges from tz999.

The minimum deposit on tz999 is Rs 100 via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, or SadaPay. For bank IBFT and card payments, the minimum is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by tz999 by default, although you can set your own maximum via the deposit limit tool in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your tz999 account instantly — within seconds of the transaction completing on your mobile wallet. If a deposit does not appear after 5 minutes, first check your Easypaisa or JazzCash transaction history to confirm the payment was sent. If it shows as successful on your wallet but has not appeared on tz999, contact support@tz999.ws with a screenshot of the transaction and we will trace it immediately.

No. tz999 does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you send is credited to your account. Note that your bank, Easypaisa, or JazzCash may apply their own transaction charges on their side — these are outside our control. For example, some bank IBFT services charge a small inter-bank fee. Check with your payment provider if you are unsure.

Yes. tz999 lets you set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Once the limit is set, the system enforces it automatically — no further deposits above the cap are accepted until the period resets. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately. This is one of the most useful tools for keeping your betting within a set budget.

First, check your mobile wallet or bank account to confirm whether the funds were actually deducted. If no deduction occurred, the payment simply did not go through — try again, making sure your wallet has sufficient balance and that you are entering the correct tz999 payment details. If the funds were deducted but your tz999 balance did not update, send a screenshot of the successful transaction to support@tz999.ws with your registered mobile number. We will trace the payment and credit your account manually, typically within 30 minutes.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 200. There is no manual approval queue for standard withdrawals below Rs 50,000 — the system processes them automatically.

The minimum withdrawal on tz999 is Rs 200. This applies to all withdrawal methods. There is no artificial hold on your winnings — as soon as your account balance reaches Rs 200 in withdrawable funds, you can request a payout.

Standard withdrawals below Rs 50,000 in a rolling 7-day period do not require identity verification. For larger withdrawals, tz999 will request a photo of your CNIC to confirm your identity before processing the payment. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. Providing your CNIC for a large withdrawal is a one-time process — once verified, future large withdrawals are processed faster.

For security, tz999 withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet number associated with your registered account by default. Withdrawing to a different number requires identity verification and must be requested via support@tz999.ws. This policy protects members against unauthorised withdrawals if an account is ever compromised.

Standard Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals resolve within 5 minutes. If yours has been pending longer than 30 minutes, contact support@tz999.ws with your registered mobile number and the withdrawal reference number from your transaction history. Our team will check the status and either push the payment through or investigate any network delay with the payment provider.
