TZ999 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and tz999 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the tz999 website at tz999.ws, including all betting markets, casino games, virtual sports, Ludo games, and any other services offered through the platform.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to register for a tz999 account or to place any bet on the platform. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Member

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one tz999 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will result in all accounts being suspended, all balances voided, and a permanent ban from the platform. The same restriction applies per household — if two people at the same address wish to play on tz999, this requires explicit approval from our compliance team.

2.3 Registration Information

When you register on tz999, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth confirming you are at least 18 years old. Providing false information at registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.4 Account Verification

tz999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any point — particularly before processing large withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, mobile network confirmation, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

2.5 Restricted Territories

tz999 operates as a platform for entertainment and accepts members on the basis that each member takes responsibility for verifying whether using an online gaming platform is lawful in their specific jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing tz999 from a jurisdiction where doing so is not illegal. tz999 does not accept members from territories where it has been explicitly informed that its services are legally prohibited.

3Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tz999 login credentials, including your password. tz999 staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances — if anyone contacts you claiming to be from tz999 and requests your password, this is a phishing attempt and you should report it to support@tz999.ws immediately.

Any activity carried out using your tz999 account credentials — whether by you or by a third party who has gained access because of inadequate security on your part — is your responsibility. tz999 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an account where the member failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else without your permission, contact our support team immediately. We will review the account activity, temporarily suspend access, and work with you to resolve the situation. We take account security seriously and respond to these reports as a priority.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tz999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees on tz999.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: Rs 100 per transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200 per transaction
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification level and the payment method selected. Standard verified accounts may withdraw up to Rs 5,00,000 per day.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

tz999 processes withdrawal requests on a priority basis. The expected processing times by method are:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Under 5 minutes in most cases, 24 hours a day including weekends
• Bank IBFT: Same business day for requests submitted before 4 PM PKT; next business day for later requests
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank

4.4 Verification Before Large Withdrawals

For withdrawals above Rs 50,000 from a single account in any rolling 7-day period, tz999 may request identity verification documents before releasing funds. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and is not intended as a barrier to legitimate withdrawals. Verified accounts will not face additional delays for subsequent large withdrawals.

4.5 Deposit Bonus Wagering

Funds received as part of a bonus or promotional offer are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements and specific bonus terms are detailed in Section 6 of these Terms. Real money deposited by you (not bonus funds) can always be withdrawn subject to standard processing times, provided your account is in good standing.

5Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on tz999 are final once confirmed. You will receive a confirmation notification when your bet is successfully accepted. If you do not receive confirmation, your bet has not been placed and no stake has been deducted. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip and transaction history to verify that a bet has been accepted before the event begins.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake on any individual bet on tz999 is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event type, and account status. Limits for specific markets are shown in the bet slip at the time of placement. tz999 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts, particularly those exhibiting patterns consistent with advantage betting or market manipulation.

5.3 In-Play Betting Rules

In-play betting markets on tz999 are available during live events including PSL and international cricket matches, football leagues, and virtual sports. Odds update continuously and a bet is accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment of confirmation, not at the odds displayed when you first clicked on a selection. Due to the nature of live events, tz999 reserves the right to suspend or remove in-play markets without notice at any time.

5.4 Void Bets

The following circumstances result in a void bet, with stakes returned to the member's tz999 wallet:

• A match or event is cancelled before it starts and is not rescheduled within 24 hours
• A cricket match is abandoned due to weather or other factors before a DLS result is achievable
• An event result cannot be officially confirmed by the relevant governing body
• A technical error on the tz999 platform resulted in incorrect odds being displayed at the time of bet placement

5.5 Odds Errors

tz999 makes every effort to display accurate odds at all times. If, due to a technical or human error, odds are displayed that are clearly incorrect (for example, odds that are significantly better than all other markets), tz999 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the incorrect price and return stakes in full. We will communicate clearly when this happens and process refunds promptly.

5.6 Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets on tz999 combine two or more selections with multiplied total odds. If one or more legs of an accumulator is voided (per the rules in Section 5.4), the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at the recalculated odds. If all remaining legs of an accumulator win, you will be paid on the basis of the non-voided legs only.

5.7 Results and Settlement

tz999 settles markets based on official results published by the relevant sporting authority — for cricket, this is the ICC or the relevant national board; for football, the relevant league or UEFA/FIFA as applicable. We aim to settle all markets within 30 minutes of the official result being confirmed. In rare cases where the official result is disputed or delayed, settlement will be placed on hold until the matter is resolved.

6Bonus and Promotion Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New tz999 members who complete registration and make their first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as advertised on the platform at the time of registration. The standard welcome offer is a 100% match bonus on your first deposit up to Rs 10,000. To receive the welcome bonus, your first deposit must meet the minimum qualifying amount stated in the promotion details at the time of your registration.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds on tz999 are subject to a wagering requirement of 10× (ten times) the bonus amount before they can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a bonus of Rs 1,000, you must place bets totalling Rs 10,000 in qualified markets before that bonus and any winnings from it become withdrawable. Only bets placed with bonus funds count toward this requirement — bets placed with your own deposited funds count separately.

6.3 Qualifying Markets for Wagering

The following markets count toward bonus wagering requirements on tz999: all pre-match and in-play cricket and football betting markets at odds of 1.50 or higher. Virtual sports, casino games, and Ludo games may carry different wagering contribution rates as stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets that are voided, cashed out, or placed in excluded markets do not count toward wagering requirements.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Welcome bonuses must be activated within 14 days of the qualifying deposit. Once activated, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days. Any bonus funds or winnings from bonus bets remaining at the expiry of the wagering deadline will be forfeited. Other promotions may carry different validity periods as stated in their specific terms.

6.5 One Bonus Per Promotion

Each promotion on tz999 is available once per eligible member. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times using different accounts, different payment methods, or different contact details is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts involved being suspended and all bonus funds voided.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on tz999. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, all balances at the time of suspension will be subject to review, and any confirmed winnings derived from prohibited activity will be voided.

• Match fixing or corruption: Placing bets with the benefit of inside information about the outcome of a match, or participating in any activity intended to fix or manipulate the result of any event offered on tz999
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks against tz999 deposits that were used to place bets
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses through multi-accounting, using automated betting patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay, or coordinating with other members to abuse promotional offers
• Unauthorised automation: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to access, navigate, or place bets on the tz999 platform without explicit written permission
• Impersonation: Registering or operating an account in the name of another person, whether living or deceased
• Money laundering: Using tz999 as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds in a way that obscures their true origin or for any purpose other than legitimate gaming activity
• Abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, racist, or abusive language at tz999 staff, support agents, or other members through any communication channel

8Responsible Gaming

tz999 takes responsible gaming seriously. Betting should be enjoyable — a way to engage more deeply with the sports you love. When it stops being that, it becomes a problem, and we want to be part of the solution rather than part of the problem. The following tools are available to all tz999 members through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Once set, a limit cannot be increased until a 7-day cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session Reminders: Enable automatic notifications that alert you after you have been active on the platform for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the tz999 platform. Short-term exclusions (30, 60, or 90 days) allow you to return after the exclusion period ends. Permanent self-exclusion means your account will be closed and you will not be permitted to re-register.
• Reality Checks: Enable regular prompts that display how long you have been playing in the current session and your net win/loss during that time.

9Privacy and Data

In summary, tz999 collects personal information including your mobile number, name, date of birth, and payment details for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10Limitation of Liability

tz999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is accessible and accurate at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. tz999 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime for maintenance or technical issues beyond our control
• Delays in displaying live match data or updating in-play odds
• Internet connection failures on the member's side preventing timely bet placement
• Third-party payment provider delays outside tz999's processing window
• Events of force majeure including natural disasters, civil unrest, or actions by government authorities

In all cases, tz999's maximum liability to any member is limited to the balance held in that member's tz999 wallet at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. tz999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the tz999 platform — including but not limited to the tz999 name, logo, website design, betting interfaces, game software, odds data, written content, and graphics — is the intellectual property of tz999 or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the tz999 platform without prior written consent. Scraping betting data or odds from tz999 using automated tools is explicitly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

12Amendments to These Terms

tz999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members by email or via a notification in the platform at least 7 days before the new Terms come into effect. Your continued use of tz999 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws under which tz999 is licensed and operated. In the event of a dispute between a member and tz999 that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process, the matter will be referred to our internal disputes team for review. We aim to resolve all escalated disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
